Asphalt Court Installation
With asphalt TPS Court Surface installation, crews first ensure that the ground
layer is level and stable before the asphalt layer. The asphalt is then placed,
creating a smooth, hard surface ready for painting and striping.
Once the asphalt has cured, Hellas’ experienced crews apply two layers of in-house developed, high-quality, durable latex. The first layer adds increased durability to your surface, while the second layer ensures a vibrant, smooth finish.
The latex is mixed on-site to the customer’s selected pace rating. The pace rating determines the speed of the ball and the height of the bounce, and is customized for each individual TPS Court Surfaces project. After the latex layers are applied and have dried, our certified stripers apply the court markings with accuracy and precision.
After the latex and striping applications – the end result is a custom-colored, custom-marked, durable TPS Court Surface that will be enjoyed for years to come.
